- Bus stops for routes 85, 774, 053, and 054; close to elementary and high schools - 5-minute walk to Goyang-dong Market - 3-minute drive to Joongbu University - 15-minute drive to Samsong Station, 20-minute drive to Hwajeong Station

It was great that the place was well-equipped for a comfortable stay. I was staying here for a work assignment nearby, and parking was hassle-free since there were white solid lines right in front of the building. Thanks to the excellent amenities, I had a very relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thank you.
