Personally cleaned by the owner. *First tenant since the recent renovation. *Modern interior featuring a clean wood and white color scheme. *Fully furnished room, including a bed and TV. *Newly installed LG inverter air conditioner.
7-minute walk to Buk-gu Office Station (Line 3). Numerous bus routes nearby. Convenient access to Sincheon-daero and Buk-Daegu IC (5-minute drive). Within a 10-minute drive of Dongseong-ro, Kim Gwang-seok Street, Daegu Station, EXCO, and Kyungpook National University. 15-minute drive to Suseongmot Lake; 20-minute drive to Palgongsan Mountain.
Check-in is contactless. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message with check-in and usage instructions. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM (early check-in may be possible if there is no departing guest that day). Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted. The standard occupancy is 3 people; please inquire regarding additional guests. Personal hygiene items (toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, towels, etc.) are not provided, as supplying them is prohibited by law. Condiments and seasonings are not provided for hygiene and safety reasons.

Internet and water charges are included in the management fee. Electricity and gas charges are not included; meter readings will be recorded and settled upon move-in and move-out.
The house was larger than expected, so even though a large group ended up staying there, we were very comfortable. Thank you.
