- Modern house with full-option amenities - This is a 9-pyeong (approx. 30 sq m) studio with a clean environment thanks to the air purifier, and a cozy and fragrant queen-size bed. - There is a convenience store, Twosome Place, restaurants, and a laundry on the first floor. You can enjoy various restaurants at the food court, which is a 2-minute walk away. - Equipped with a 50-inch TV, internet, air purifier, handheld iron, pot, rice cooker, hairdryer, dishes, wine glasses, beer glasses, soju glasses, etc.
- It is a 2-minute walk from Seolleung Station Exit 3 and 4. - Seolleung Station is a double station area (Line 2, Suin-Bundang Line) - If you need parking, please contact us separately as registration is required.
- If you need to adjust the date or the number of nights, please send us a message. - Check-in is contactless. - Smart TV with Netflix is available. The room has been set up for guests to ensure a comfortable stay. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. A cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged for smoking (due to the lingering smell, a full disinfection and home care cleaning service is required).
- Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with information about moving in and using the facilities. - An additional cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW will be charged if you bring a dog. (For odor and stench removal, etc.) Additional costs may be incurred for damage to floors and wallpaper.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee (gas, electricity, water, internet, free Wi-Fi, TV). - The management fee is not charged separately. - If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
The house is clean, and the layout is more practical than I expected, so I had a really great stay. The transportation is also really great.
