4-minute walk from Yeungjin University 9-minute drive from Dongdaegu Station It takes about 20 minutes by bus and 30 minutes on foot.
Check-in is contactless. You can use the gas stove in the utility room for cooking. If you need anything else, please contact us and we will do our best to help you! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer are provided, but you must bring your own toothbrush. This is a studio apartment, so we only accept single occupants! No smoking indoors.
You can park your vehicle in any empty spot in the alley. Parking in front of the house is not possible. We always strive to provide you with a clean room!! Please dispose of any items you have acquired during your stay properly, and separate your trash and food waste for collection before you check out!!
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. If you overuse items beyond the weekly management fee, you may be charged accordingly.
