I chose this place after reading many reviews, and it was even better than I expected! I was worried it might be damp or dark since it’s a semi-basement unit, but plenty of sunlight came in, keeping it bright during the day, and the humidifier made for a very comfortable stay. The place was clean and cozy, so I felt right at home the whole time. The bed was especially spacious, and the bedding was incredibly soft. Having a dryer was also great, as I could dry my laundry quickly right after washing it. The host was fantastic, too—replying to any questions within just three minutes—and I really appreciated that! I’ll definitely stay here again if I need a short-term rental in the future. Thank you! ◡̎
I had a great stay for the past month! I was a bit worried about the summer heat, but the dehumidifier, air conditioner, and dryer made my stay very comfortable. I was truly grateful for the landlord's quick assistance whenever I needed help. I would especially recommend this place to overseas residents staying in Korea for a short time, or to anyone needing a place to stay temporarily due to a gap in moving dates.
The landlord is very kind and is very considerate in ensuring there are no inconveniences.

We will do our best to help you have a comfortable stay.
