The room was reasonably clean and quiet. It was a bit warm, but the air conditioning worked great. There were two major issues: sometimes the elevator would stop on the 7th floor, reset, and go back down to the 1st floor. The second issue was the smell from the restaurant on the 1st floor; the odor of the food was really bad and reached all the way up to the 13th floor.
It's clean and a great place to live. The person in charge was also kind, and I had a very comfortable stay for a week.
