We focused on creating a comfortable, relaxing space that feels airy and spacious by keeping decor minimal. We’ve even set up a small workroom—perfect for professionals on a "workation" or students preparing for exams.
Subway (Suin-Bundang Line): Sinpo Station Exit 3 → Head toward Suin Intersection → Hillstate Harbor House Stay (approx. 10-minute walk) Bus: Take bus No. 12, 24, or 9 from Dongincheon Station and get off at Samik Apartments (15-minute bus ride; 1-minute walk after getting off).
Upon arrival, press the power button located on the left (at the top of the button panel) to activate the room's power. When leaving, press the power button again to deactivate the power. For Wi-Fi, either scan the QR code on the set-top box next to the TV with your phone (which automatically connects to the Wi-Fi) or manually enter the ID and password.
Jointly managed by a couple, the place offers a safe and impeccably clean environment. Nearby attractions and dining options? Within a 5-minute drive (or about 15 minutes by public transport): - Incheon Port, Wolmido, and Jayu Park (Fairytale Village) - Yeonan Pier, Chinatown, Sinpo International Market, and Tojigeumgo Market - Inha University and Inha University Hospital are also located nearby. Building amenities - A swimming pool and fitness center are available, but they are currently being prepared for operation (we apologize for the inconvenience).
There are no charges other than the management fee.
The room was spotless and fully equipped, allowing me to relax comfortably.
