- Check-in is contactless. - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (special cleaning fees will be charged). - One free parking space (register with the management office upon check-in). - Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
- Homeplus, Lotte Cinema, Starbucks, various hospitals, convenience facilities, restaurants, nearby police stations, fire stations, community centers, and various hospitals are located within a 10-minute walk. - Additional charges may apply in case of damage to the property or severe contamination. - Basic kitchenware (frying pan, pot, tableware, etc.) is provided. - As this is not a lodging establishment, personal hygiene items such as bedding, towels, and toothbrushes must be prepared separately. - There is a convenience store on the first floor of the building. - Due to the short-term rental nature, it cannot be used for resident registration or as a business address.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If the included management fee is used excessively, an additional management fee may be requested.
