Check-in is contactless. No smoking, no pets If there is a smell of smoke or animals upon check-out, the entire deposit will be forfeited regardless of whether you actually smoked or had pets. If the wallpaper is stained, you will be charged for partial wallpaper replacement. Contract extensions are possible on a weekly basis if there are no subsequent reservations, and the cleaning fee is charged only once during the total contract period.
Additional costs will be incurred if items are damaged or soiled. Personal items, tableware, bedding, and dining tables are not provided. Pets are not allowed.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
