Located directly across from the officetel are Lotte Outlet, Lotte Water Park, Hanaro Mart (Gimhae branch), Lotte Hotel & Resort, and Lotte Garden Park (spanning approximately 20,000 pyeong), making the area ideal for walking and exercise.
Due to high electricity demand during the summer, an increase in maintenance fees is unavoidable; the rate is set at 60,000 won per week.
Overall, it was great, but I’d be dripping with sweat just from a quick trip to the convenience store. Since I had to shower and ended up with a lot of laundry, it was inconvenient not having a drying rack—I had to drape everything over chairs and the desk to dry.
