🎈This is a clean, fully-furnished studio apartment with a separate kitchen near Jinju City Hall. 🎈Each unit has its own private parking space, so you don't have to worry about parking even if you come home late. 🎈TV and free Wi-Fi internet are available. 🎈Everything you need for your stay is provided, in addition to home appliances. 🎈It is a clean and cozy space where you can come and relax.
* 10-minute walk to Jinju City Hall * 5-minute drive to Jayu Market (traditional market), 1-minute walk to a nearby convenience store * 10-minute drive to downtown Jinju * 10-minute drive to Jinju Innovation Chungmugong-dong * 10-minute drive to Jinju IC and KTX Jinju Station **Sancheong, Hapcheon, Hadong, Sacheon, etc. are all within a 30-minute drive.
🎈 Check-in is mostly non-face-to-face. We will send you a text message with reference information one day before check-in. 🎈 Check-in at 3 PM, check-out at 11 AM 🎈 Based on 1 person. If there are additional people or people staying for a short time, please ask the host for prior consent. Additional charges may apply. 🎈 You may be asked to leave if there are complaints from neighbors due to loud noise late at night. 🎈 Smoking indoors and pets are not allowed.

Any inconveniences can be resolved quickly via chat. 🎈 General trash should be placed in a volume-based bag and left in front of the building.
