As shown in the photos, it's an ocean view. You can enjoy the blue East Sea from the living room and bedroom. Jeongam Beach is a 1-minute walk away, and the apartment is quiet as many residents use it as a second home. Although the maximum occupancy is set to 4 people, I recommend coming alone. It's a spacious apartment for one person, but it's a great space for thinking and healing. I also chose this place because it's a bit spacious and has a good open feel. There are also surfing spots nearby, and camping is possible. There's a convenience store right in front of the apartment, which will be convenient. You can reach various tourist attractions in Yangyang within 20-30 minutes. Sokcho and Seoraksan are also close. Having a car is convenient, but there are also tourist attractions within walking distance. Compensation will be claimed for any damage to property.
