- As the host uses this property as a weekend getaway when there are no bookings, it is rented out for short stays with existing furniture (bookshelves, etc.), appliances, and household items in place. - Short-term rentals for purposes such as home renovations or bridging gaps between moving dates do not allow for official resident registration (moving-in report). - Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, including the use of e-cigarettes. (If a report of smoking is filed, additional fines and cleaning fees will be charged.) - Please take special precautions to prevent fire hazards! - Please be sure to send a message upon check-in and check-out! (Check-in: 2:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM) - Please send photos of the city gas and electricity meters at both check-in and check-out; these are required to calculate usage fees upon departure. - The city gas meter is located in the utility room (where the washing machine is), and the electricity meter is on the wall next to the stairs outside the entrance. - When leaving the property, please ensure all appliances and heating/cooling systems are turned off, and that windows and the front door are securely closed and locked. - Parking is free for the duration of your stay if you obtain a visitor's pass from the security office upon entry; however, please note that if vehicle registration is specifically required, there is an additional fee (10,000 KRW for 1 week, 20,000 KRW for 2 weeks, 30,000 KRW for 3 weeks, and 40,000 KRW for 4 weeks).
