It has been recently remodeled, so the flooring, wallpaper, and bathroom fixtures are all brand new. Major appliances and furniture—such as the air conditioner, washing machine, and kitchen units—show little to no signs of use. It comes equipped with a wardrobe, storage cabinets, a compact dining table, and a drying rack. Overall, it is a pleasant and well-maintained studio-style space.
Jiseok Station is within a 5-minute walk, offering excellent accessibility. A bus stop is located within 100 meters of the building, making commuting convenient.
The landlord does not reside on the premises, and the check-in process is contactless. Indoor smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. Please note that violations may result in immediate eviction. We will promptly address any issues or inconveniences during your stay.
Essential amenities, such as convenience stores, a large supermarket, and Paris Baguette, are within a 3-minute walk. It is located in a quiet residential area with no noise and excellent security. Cleanliness is maintained through weekly stair cleaning. It is also highly suitable for long-term stays.
Electricity and gas charges will be settled upon check-out after meter readings are taken.
