It is clean and situated in a great area right next to Lotte and Seokchon Lake. As it is a mixed-use building with an on-site security guard, it is safe even late at night. The landlord is very kind.

Everything was clean. International travelers can use the transformer they provide to avoid frying their laptops. The location is excellent.
