This is a spacious room where you won't be disturbed by outside noise. It features a private air conditioner, a digital door lock, and a large-sized bed. While the standard security deposit for the facility is 100,000 KRW, the deposit for this room is 200,000 KRW (for single occupancy). It is refunded upon move-out following a cleaning check. For double occupancy, an additional 100,000 KRW deposit and 120,000 KRW in monthly rent apply. Bedding sets are available for rent at an additional cost of 20,000 KRW per person.
It is a six-minute walk from Exit 3 of Gangdong Station. The building houses a Shinhan Bank ATM on the ground floor, and there is a bus stop right in front; airport buses also stop there.
The move-in process is contactless. This is the only room in the facility with an individual heating and cooling system. The resident is personally liable for damages to the facility, such as those caused by fire. Violation of the terms outlined in the separate contract—including indoor smoking, unauthorized cohabitation, or keeping pets—will result in eviction. Please note that as this facility is not classified as a residential dwelling, it is not subject to the Housing Lease Protection Act; the agreement is renewed through the prepayment of monthly fees.
The Gangdong Tax Office is located across the street, and there are many restaurants and amenities nearby. You may be held liable for damages if any items inside the unit are broken or soiled. You can use the washing machine in the communal area on the 5th floor.
There are no separate management fees. However, if the room and bathroom are not cleaned to the same condition as when you checked in, the cost may be deducted from your security deposit.
