Please notify us in advance. ✔️ Based on 3 people, 1 additional person is allowed. 1 queen bed, 1 single bed. ✔️ Electricity, water, and gas are free up to an average of 100,000 won per month. Any excess usage will be settled upon check-out. Please use them sparingly. 🏨 ✔️ We provide a clean space that has been disinfected, laundered, and cleaned. ✔️ This is a residential building, so no parties or noise are allowed! (Building rules) ✔️ If pets or smoking are found without prior agreement, a professional cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged.
Basic utility fees are included in the management fee. However, if the total monthly management fee exceeds 90,000 won, the amount used will be settled upon check-out. Please use electricity, gas, and water sparingly.
