This is a second home I use when visiting Seoul. I’ve set it up for my own comfort, and I hope it proves to be a relaxing space for guests as well. The property spans two floors; the total area includes the rooftop space on the second floor. There is a second bathroom on the second floor, but it does not have shower facilities. Due to the nature of this short-term rental, items such as bedding and toilet paper are not provided. (Please bring your own.) There is a market nearby, making it convenient for buying groceries or dining out. However, the proximity of the market makes parking in the neighborhood difficult. Parking at the building itself is also not available. We ask for your understanding. Pets are allowed, but an additional fee applies.
It is near Isu Station. The bus stop is about a 30-second walk away. You can get off at the Gyeongmun High School stop.
I will provide detailed usage instructions via chat. Please look after your pets carefully and ensure they do not relieve themselves on the grass or wallpaper. There is an additional fee per pet. The fee is 5,000 KRW per day for pets under 5kg and 10,000 KRW per day for those 5kg or heavier. CCTV cameras are installed at the entrance and on the rooftop for security and access monitoring purposes.
Additional charges may apply in cases of excessive use.
The host is kind and very quick to respond. My family and I had a wonderful stay for about seven weeks. My parents were also very satisfied. Thank you.
