This is my second house, which I use when I go to Seoul. I've set it up to be comfortable for me, and I hope it will be a comfortable space for you as well. It consists of two floors, and the total area includes the rooftop area of the second floor. The second bathroom is on the second floor and does not have a shower. There is a market nearby, so it's a good place to buy groceries or eat out. Because the market is nearby, parking in the neighborhood is difficult. Parking is also difficult in the building. We appreciate your understanding. Pets are allowed, but there is an additional fee.
It's near Isu Station. The bus stop is about a 30-second walk away. You can get off at the Gyeongmun High School stop.
I will provide detailed instructions on how to use it separately via chat. Please take good care of your pets and ensure they do not relieve themselves on the lawn or wallpaper. There is an additional charge per pet. It is 5,000 won per day for pets under 5kg, and 10,000 won per day for pets over 5kg. For access control purposes, CCTV cameras are installed at the entrance and on the rooftop.
Excessive use may result in additional charges.
