- This is a clean house that was recently remodeled. - It has a modern interior with clean white and gray tones. - There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a super single bed in the smaller room. - It can accommodate 4 people and is equipped with a folding mattress. - There is a TV, air conditioner, and a 3-seater sofa in the living room. - It is suitable for short-term stays for those whose move-in dates don't align or for those undergoing interior construction.
- 10-minute walk from Ilsan Station - 8-minute bus ride to Juyeop Station, Daehwa Station, and KINTEX Station - Buses available to Gwanghwamun and Hongik University Station in Seoul - 10-minute drive to the Cancer Center and Paik Hospital - Within a 5-minute walk to Hugok Academy - Within a 5-minute walk to convenience stores, Daiso, supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies, hospitals, and various franchise stores
- Move-in will be conducted non-face-to-face (or face-to-face). - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. - Check-in is at 4 PM, check-out is at 12 PM (adjustable in special cases) - Fully equipped kitchen
- Pets are not allowed. - Smoking is not allowed indoors. A special cleaning fee (330,000 KRW) will be charged for indoor smoking. - Additional charges will be applied for any damage to property. - Every Sunday is recycling day. - As this is an apartment complex, noise complaints may arise after 8 PM. Please be mindful of this.
- All utility bills are included in the management fee. - If water, electricity, heating, hot water, etc. are used excessively, additional charges may be requested. - During the winter season from November to February, the management fee is temporarily set at 80,000 won per week.
