- It is a 5-minute walk from the Sehwa Transfer Bus Stop. - If you come by car, use a navigation system. If you use public transportation, get off at the Sehwa Transfer Bus Stop and walk. - If you come from the airport, you can get here the fastest by taking bus number 101 (in front of Gate 2). (Sit on the left side to see the ocean.) - If you take a taxi, it will cost around 40,000 won.
- Contactless check-in is convenient and hassle-free. - We will send you a notification message upon reservation confirmation, and on the day of check-in, we will send you the unit number and password. - Due to the nature of the apartment, you will be using all spaces, so there is no space to store your luggage before check-in. You can leave it in front of the front door. - Upon check-out, please wash the dishes, clean, and dispose of the trash, leaving the apartment in the same condition as when you checked in. If not, a cleaning fee will be charged.

It's a great place to look around :)
All utility bills are included in the management fee. (Apartment management fee, TV license fee, internet, electricity, gas, etc.) If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
