(20 minutes by car to Jukdo Beach in Yangyang, a surfing mecca) - To the right when facing the sea is Gyeongpo Provincial Park, and to the left is Jumunjin. - We welcome interns from Asan Hospital! ^^
- Parking is available on the first and second basement floors. - City buses, village buses, city buses, and taxi stands are a 5-minute walk away. ⭐️You can take the city bus (SEA TEA: transportation card 1530 won) from Jumunjin to Anmok Cafe Street and tour the coastal road lined with cafes (there is a bus stop in front of the accommodation). - You can take a bus to Seoul from Gyeongpo Bus Stop or Jumunjin Terminal.
-The bed size is super single (SS). (A folding sofa bed is provided for 2 guests.) ☆Please bring your own towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and bottled water. - For your comfort, the maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 infant (24 months old). - Check-in is contactless. - Upon contract confirmation, we will send you check-in and usage instructions. - Please note that smoking is prohibited indoors and pets are not allowed.
⭐️ As this is a short-term rental, not a lodging business, personal hygiene items such as towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bottled water are not provided (must be brought by the guest). Bedding is also not provided. ⭐️ For your convenience (for those who may not have prepared them), the provided clean bedding (duvet, mattress cover, pillow cover) must be washed after one week of use, or you should bring extra. (If you wish to have the bedding laundered or replaced, there is a laundry fee of 10,000 won.) - Upgraded to Internet TV (some channels use personal accounts). - There are electric vehicle charging stations within the complex. - There are laundromats, convenience stores, pharmacies, restaurants, etc., in the shopping area within the complex. - You can use community facilities such as a gym and library. (Indoor athletic shoes are required for gym use.) - Nearby, there are famous tourist attractions, restaurants, and cafes, as well as historical sites, government offices, hospitals, companies, schools, and supermarkets. - In case of damage or contamination of property (including cigarette odor), compensation for damages and special cleaning fees will be incurred. - For stays of 2 or more people, please inquire before booking. - There is an additional charge during peak season. - In case of severe noise (causing complaints) or using the room for purposes other than rest and residence, forced eviction (no refund) or legal action may be taken.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items (exceeding 20% of the average usage of the previous 3 months), additional management fees may be requested.
The place is very clean and perfect for one or two people, and the location is great. The host is kind and responds quickly to inquiries. We came here for my child's soccer tournament and had a wonderful stay🙂
I chose the Gangneung sea because I needed a break. I was looking for a quiet place to relax rather than the crowded Gyeongpo beach, so I chose the sea in Sacheon-myeon, Gangneung, and it was great. I had a comfortable and relaxing stay in a quiet and clean place. Thank you.
I chose this place because the reviews said it was quiet, but the noise between floors was severe. It was a pain to hear the thumping and banging while I was there. There was also noise between walls.
