Gas and electricity charges are calculated based on actual usage, measured at the time of move-in and move-out. Spring/Autumn: Approx. 10,000โ20,000 KRW per week for electricity and gas combined. Summer/Winter: Approx. 20,000โ30,000 KRW per week for electricity and gas combined (average). Our stay was absolutely smooth and perfect! The instructions and directions for accessing the property were clear and easy to follow. The house was clean, comfortable, and welcomingโwe truly felt at home. The location was also ideal; being close to two metro lines made it very easy to explore Seoul. Our host was kind, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place without hesitation, and I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Seoul!
It was a neighborhood I had always wanted to live in. Although my schedule meant I could only stay for a short time, it was a pleasant short-term rental experience. There was a walking path just a 3-minute walk away, and I made good use of the shortcut to the station. You can get to the station in just 5 minutes. Above all, the landlord was kind and responsive, so I had no issues at all. Parking was also convenient throughout my stay. Wishing you good health and happiness!
Everything was comfortable except for the sofa. The sofa was a bit uncomfortable, though. Haha.
