The management fee covers the base maintenance fee, water, internet, Genie TV, and Netflix subscription costs π. We charge only the actual costs, totaling 80,000 KRW (60,000 KRW for management + 20,000 KRW for water). While parking fees are technically payable upon registration, we are currently providing this service free of charge. Gas and electricity charges are calculated based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out, so you only pay for what you use. Spring/Autumn: Approx. 10,000β20,000 KRW per week for electricity and gas. Summer/Winter: Approx. 20,000β30,000 KRW per week for electricity and gas (average). Parking is available only for pre-registered vehicles, so please contact us in advance before moving in π. Unregistered vehicles may be towed.
A situation arose where the previous guest had arbitrarily changed the door passcode and could not be reached. It was quite a distressing experience for everyone involvedβthe air conditioner technician, the host, and myself, who joined the scene later. Nevertheless, thanks to the hostβs responsible handling of the matter until the very end, we were able to resolve the issue successfully. Having experienced such an unreasonable situation firsthand, I can fully appreciate how difficult this must have been for you. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The house was spotless, the neighborhood was pleasant, and parking was convenient, allowing me to stay without any discomfort. My satisfaction was so high that I feel if anyone were to complain about the price, the problem would likely lie with them, not the accommodation. The Namsan Trail is just a five-minute walk away and was absolutely beautiful; I felt truly content throughout my visit. I would like to thank the host for being so helpful during my stay, and I would definitely love to visit again if I return to Korea. I hope you do not let it upset you too much should you encounter unreasonable people in the future, as none of this is your fault.
