The management fee covers the base maintenance fee, water, internet, Genie TV, and Netflix subscription costs 😊 We charge a total of 80,000 KRW (60,000 KRW for maintenance + 20,000 KRW for water) to cover actual costs; while parking fees usually require separate payment upon registration, we provide this service to you. Gas and electricity charges are calculated based on meter readings taken at check-in and check-out, so you only pay for what you use. We had a wonderful stay! The place was actually much cleaner and more spacious than it looked in the photos. It's a newer building with a secure double-door entry, which made us feel very safe. We had an elderly family member with us, so having an elevator was especially convenient. The location was fantastic—the entrance to Namsan Park is just steps away, and the neighborhood was quiet, clean, and pleasant. It's also very close to the subway, and there are so many great coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants around Yaksu Station. The host was very kind and responsive whenever we had questions, and communication was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommend!
We stayed here for two months. The host was incredibly responsive. All necessary amenities were provided, allowing us to settle in quickly. You can reach the subway station in five minutes by taking the stairs (a shortcut). Because the building is close to the neighboring one, privacy glass was installed on the windows; while you can open them for ventilation, you cannot see outside. This wasn't an issue for us, as we were out for most of the day. Having a parking space was extremely convenient, and the in-unit washer and dryer made life much easier. Unlike many places that only offer a hotel-style mini-fridge, this unit had a full-sized refrigerator suitable for a family of 2–3. Everything was provided, so we didn't need to buy anything other than trash bags and detergent once the initial supplies ran out. There were even two umbrellas available. Overall, the place met all our needs, and we were very satisfied with our stay.
The place where our family stayed for a month~~ Great location, and the house was even more spacious and beautiful than we expected♡ We loved the Namsan forest trail that greeted us right as we stepped out the door. The Namsan forest path, filled with the rich scent of acacia, has become a wonderful memory for our family. My grown son was fascinated, saying it was the first time in his life he’d ever smelled acacia blossoms. Haha. They even cleaned the air conditioner during our month-long stay, and everything was so comfortable and convenient. It was also fun discovering great local restaurants nearby. We felt like we could truly relax and enjoy a leisurely trip. It was sad to leave. Choosing Cube House was a fantastic decision. We’re leaving with unforgettable memories for our family. Highly recommended!~~^^
