Common area maintenance fees, water, and internet are included in the maintenance fee, but electricity and gas are not. At the time of check-out, the meter reading will be checked and settled, or it will be settled and billed once every two weeks.
The room is incredibly clean and nice. The landlord is kind, and the place is fully equipped, so you can just move right in. Thanks to this, I had a wonderful stay for the month!
I've been doing well.
I could hear the next-door neighbor showering, and it was much smaller than I thought. Using the kitchen was really difficult. I also had to buy a lot of new things.
