The room is bright and offers a view of Hallasan Mountain. It is fully equipped with essentials for daily living (sofa, table, chairs, fan, electric heating pad, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, rice cooker, electric kettle, bedding, towels, kitchenware, dishes, cutlery, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, and soap) and features ample storage space for a comfortable stay. It is practically new and very clean. Wi-Fi is available! For those interested in a yearly lease, the terms are a 2 million KRW deposit and 450,000 KRW monthly rent. (Please note that resident registration is not possible as this is a residence-style property.)
There is a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away, and the central rotary is also nearby, making it convenient to get around by bus!
