There is a topper on the mattress, making the bed extra soft. Although it is a semi-basement unit, it is equipped with a dehumidifier and windows, so there is no dampness. It is a small studio apartment, but it is fully stocked with almost everything you might need. Cleanliness is our top priority. We always boil the cutlery to sanitize it. We wash the pillow inserts after every guest. For additional guests, the fee is 50,000 KRW per person per week, or 30,000 KRW per person per day. As the host has a background in STEM and runs a YouTube channel (so I understand the importance of charging), I have provided ultra-fast chargers.

While we love pets, we cannot allow them because this is a studio apartment, and the noise would disturb other residents. A penalty of 200,000 KRW applies if you bring a pet. Smoking indoors also incurs a penalty of 200,000 KRW. We would appreciate it if you could leave the windows open when you go out.
