1st-3rd floor convenience store, cafe, restaurant, and amenities (Olive Young, Tous les Jours, etc.) You can enjoy all of Marine City on foot. Enjoy the cool ocean view and beautiful night view every day! The Bay 101, Dongbaek Island, and Haeundae Beach are a 15-minute walk away.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
I stayed for a week for a trip. The space is spacious, the sunlight comes in beautifully, the sea is visible, and the room is clean. There's a convenience store on the first floor, and there are many restaurants nearby. It's also great that you can go for a walk along the coast right away. Haeundae Beach and Dongbaek Island are very close. It's quiet and bright, so I slept well. I had a really good rest~ I want to stay here again next time I come to Busan!

I came for a week-long business trip, and the space is much cleaner and larger than it appears in the photos. It was great to have a convenience store right on the first floor, and there were many restaurants nearby, making it a convenient place to stay. Since I was staying for about a week, I had a lot of luggage, but getting around by taxi or car was not inconvenient, and taxis were readily available. The space itself was impeccably clean, with a spotless refrigerator, and it was perfectly comfortable to stay in. The ocean view from the window was lovely, making it a great spot for morning coffee on sunny days. It was quiet at night, and the indirect lighting provided adequate illumination. The bed and bedding were so comfortable that it was hard to leave the bed on days without a schedule. There were no downsides, but since I was here for work, if I had to pick one, it would be the lack of an outlet near the table. If that one aspect were improved, it would be a perfect accommodation. I had a great rest.
