It is located in the middle of Hyundai Department Store, E-Mart, Homeplus, Post Office, Bucheon City Hall, and Central Park. Since Soonchunhyang Hospital is in front, you don't have to worry in case of an emergency.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
It was convenient during my stay, with the subway nearby and plenty of restaurants. The owner is also kind.
Overall, it was a great stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and ideally located near Bucheon City Hall Station. The landlord was responsive and helpful. We would gladly stay here again. Thank you!
