This unit is available for its first occupancy following a recent hotel-style renovation. It features a modern interior design with a clean, soft cream color scheme. There are two fully furnished rooms, complete with beds and TVs. A dedicated bathroom and shower facility is located just outside the room for exclusive use.
It is a 3–4 minute walk from Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station (Lines 2 and 5). A bus stop serving various routes is located within a 2-minute walk. Parking requires an advance reservation and incurs a fee. Convenience store: 1-minute walk; Lotte Mega Mart: 3-minute walk; Costco: 3-minute drive. Limousine bus stops for Gimpo and Incheon Airports are within a 7-minute walk.
Check-in is contactless. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. Indoor smoking and pets are not permitted.
Hospitals, schools, and supermarkets are located nearby. Compensation charges will apply in the event of damage or staining (costs for repair and restoration will be billed based on an interior design company's quote). Please keep the space clean. Suitable for anyone—including those arriving from abroad, moving, attending academies, or working professionals. We have prepared this space to offer the comfort and convenience of home.
All utility costs are included in the maintenance fee (electricity, water, internet, TV, heating, and air conditioning). However, a separate cleaning fee of 70,000 KRW is charged after check-out. Parking for one vehicle is available at the rear of the building for an additional fee (15,000 KRW per day / 7 days = 105,000 KRW); advance reservation is required. Occupancy is limited to three people. An additional fee of 10,000 KRW per person, per day, applies for any additional guests.
The host was incredibly kind and considerate. They were very accommodating when I needed to change my dates due to an unexpected emergency. My mother and I both underwent surgery in Korea, and thanks to the clean, spacious accommodation, we were able to recover well and stay comfortably for three weeks. I cleaned it again because it wasn't done well. Although it was inconvenient having to pass the owner's front door since the bathroom is located outside, the interior was clean and comfortable to live in.
It's clean, has good transportation, many restaurants, and is very convenient to live in. The accommodation is also clean and nice.
I want to decorate the officetel in a Western style and use it for short-term rentals.
