This is the first room available for rent after its recent completion of hotel-style remodeling. It is a clean, modern interior with a light cream tone. There are two fully-equipped rooms with beds and TVs. The bathroom and shower are combined and installed separately for exclusive use outside the officetel room.
It is a 3-4 minute walk from Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station (Line 2, Line 5). Bus stops are within a 2-minute walk from the house and operate in all directions. Parking inquiries require advance reservation and parking fees will be incurred. Convenience store - 1 minute walk, Lotte Mega Mart - 3 minutes walk, Costco - 3 minutes by car Gimpo Airport and Incheon Airport limousine bus stops are located within a 7-minute walk.
Move-in is contactless. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with move-in and usage instructions. Smoking and pets are not allowed indoors.
Hospitals, schools, and marts are nearby. If the property is damaged or contaminated, you will be charged for damages. (Damage and restoration costs will be charged based on the interior company's estimate) Please use it cleanly. Feel free to use it for overseas arrivals, moving, students, office workers, etc. We have prepared it to provide you with the comfort and convenience of your own home.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. (Electricity, water, internet, TV, heating, air conditioning) However, we would like to charge an additional 60,000 won for cleaning after check-out. Parking is available for one car behind the building, but a separate parking fee will be charged (15,000 won per day / 7 days = ₩105,000) Advance reservation is required.
