- This is the first tenant's room after the recent remodeling. - It has a clean interior with white and gray tones. - There is a terrace. - It is a detached house, so it is quiet, and there is an apartment management office right in front, so it is safe. Busan Station, Nampo-dong, Gukje Market, and Bupyeong-dong Night Market are also about a 5-minute bus ride away. - There is a convenience store at the entrance of the neighborhood, which is convenient.
🚌 - From Busan Station, cross the street and take bus number 43 towards Democracy Park. It's a 5-10 minute ride, and then a 1-3 minute walk from the stop. - From the Nampo-dong bus stop, take bus number 86 towards Democracy Park. From across from Busan Department Store at the Gwangbok-dong entrance, take bus number 86 or 186 towards Democracy Park. It's a 5-10 minute ride.
- Check-in is contactless. - Once your reservation is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking is prohibited indoors. For rooms with an outdoor terrace, you can smoke on the terrace. For rooms without a terrace, you can smoke on the building's rooftop. - Pets are not allowed.
- Nearby, you can visit Maryknoll General Hospital, Jagalchi Market, Nampo-dong, BIFF Square, Songdo Beach, Yeongdo Huinyeoul-gil, and Taejongdae. You can also visit P-ARK and other popular spots in Yeongdo that have recently become popular. - Take bus number 86 or 186 and get off at Gukje Market, which is 5 minutes away. There, you can explore Gukje Market, Bupyeong-dong Kkangtong Market, and the night market after 8 PM. - Take bus number 186 to visit the National Maritime Museum and Taejongdae.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
There is a bit of an uphill walk nearby, but it is well worth the slight inconvenience. The host was kind, and I was so satisfied that I would love to stay here again if the opportunity arises!
