There is no air conditioner in the bedrooms; the unit is located in the living room. Please use the high-capacity air conditioner in the living room, and note that fans are provided in the bedrooms.
Songdo Central Park and Songdo Convensia are located near the complex, and residents have access to on-site amenities such as a study room and a fitness center. Popular restaurants and bakeries—including Songjjujip and Ans Bakery within the complex, and Shank Valer nearby—are also available.

I had a pleasant stay thanks to the hosts, who were very responsive to requests and considerate throughout. Although the bathroom cleaning was a bit disappointing, the location is great—close to local amenities—making it a good choice for a short-term stay.
