- 2 bedrooms and a living room; air conditioning is fully installed in every room (3 units total). - Queen-size beds in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. - Set up for a family of 4, but can accommodate up to 5 people. (Additional fees may apply for extra guests beyond this limit.) - Ideal for rural getaways, week-long or month-long stays, or temporary housing during moving transitions. - As this is a countryside home, please understand that insects may appear during the summer. (We perform fogging disinfection once every 1 to 2 weeks.) - Please ensure that screen doors and main doors are kept securely closed. - Since this is not a commercial lodging facility, we do not provide bedding, towels, or disposable toiletries; however... - You are expected to bring your own bedding, though rentals are available upon request if you contact us in advance. - Charcoal barbecues are permitted (firewood and open campfires are prohibited due to fire hazards). - We feed the local stray cats; we ask for your kind understanding regarding this. - Check-in: 14:00 | Check-out: 11:00 *We do not operate during the winter season (December through March or April).
