- It is a 5-minute walk from Baekseok Station in Ilsan.
- Check-in is contactless. - Check-in is after 3:00 PM on the contract start date, and check-out is before 11:00 AM on the contract end date. - Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions.
- You can use the washing machines and dryers in the communal laundry room (1st floor of the main building) free of charge.
- All utility charges are included in the management fee. - Additional charges may be requested upon check-out if electricity, gas, or water usage excessively exceeds the standard allowance.

It was my first time staying here, so I bothered the host a lot. The host was so kind even though they could have been annoyed. I think I got really attached to the place because it was my first time. Oh! The room is pretty! Even prettier than the pictures! And there's an unmanned ramen and snack shop next door, just a 10-second walk away! The infrastructure for the station, hospital, transportation, and restaurants is the best. Thank you. I wanted to extend my stay, but it's already fully booked! I hope you continue to do well and I hope to see you again!
