Hello, I am the host of Seokchuk-jip. This is a detached house located near Mapo Station. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it allows for 24-hour practice of string instruments (such as violin, cello, and acoustic guitar), excluding percussion. (Instrument rental available) It offers excellent transport accessibility and is within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Mapo Station is an 8–9 minute walk away. Please contact the host if you need a pickup service. Paid pickup service available using a 7-seater Palisade.
Check-in is contactless, though an in-person meeting is available if an explanation is needed. Smoking is permitted in the yard. 1 Queen-size bed, 1 Bunk bed, 1 Extra bed.
Please contact the host separately if you are interested in renting musical instruments. We have a cello, classical guitar, electric guitar, acoustic guitar, and Yamaha digital piano available; for other instruments, please inquire, and we will do our best to arrange a rental for you. You will be liable for compensation in the event of damage or staining. You may move and rearrange items such as the lightweight sofa and floor chairs as needed; for this reason, I have uploaded photos showing the sofa in place and photos without it. The property sits on a 35-pyeong (approx. 115 m²) lot; the shed in the yard is used for home repair supplies and cleaning equipment and is not available for guest use.
All utility costs are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage. - LPG usage is billed separately. Usage up to a base amount of 7 cubic meters is included in the weekly rate of 100,000 KRW. An additional charge of 6,900 KRW per cubic meter applies for usage exceeding 7 cubic meters.
