There is a 24-hour convenience store on the ground floor, and a large pharmacy (Boryeong Pharmacy) and Daiso are just a minute away, making it incredibly convenient. With all amenities close by, daily life is very comfortable. 👍😊 The street food is delicious, too. ✅️ Excellent local infrastructure, with various amenities and educational institutions clustered within a 1- to 5-minute walk from the apartment.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage.
As soon as I stepped inside, I was greeted by a lovely scent and a wonderful atmosphere. The host was kind, provided clear explanations, and was easy to reach.
