As soon as I moved in, the floors were covered in dust and dead insects. When I tried to clean it myself, the vacuum cleaner didn't even work properly, so a new one had to be sent the next day. The air conditioner was also malfunctioning and blowing only hot air; I had to report the issue just to get a repair person called out, and even then, two hours were wasted while they debated whether to replace or repair the unit. These are things that should have been checked beforehand; it’s not right to deal with replacements and repairs only after the tenant has already moved in. It seems like the place isn't being properly inspected or maintained because the owner doesn't live there. I believe it is essential not to skimp on cleaning and repairs, so this situation is really disappointing.

The place is generally very dirty and completely neglected. It was so filthy—with dust everywhere, making it hard to even know where to start cleaning—and the vacuum cleaner didn't even work properly. The air conditioner was so full of mold that chunks were falling out; I had to go to Daiso to buy cleaning supplies, scrub it thoroughly, and then run it cautiously. For some reason, when I turned on the cold water in the shower, black, mold-filled water poured out for a while. I believe there had been another guest just a few days prior, so I simply couldn't comprehend how it could be in such a state. Given the situation, I was reluctant to use any of the provided amenities. There was only one mattress in the loft area, but it was of such poor quality that I could feel the springs digging into my body, making it unusable. I ended up buying a cheap foldable mattress from Coupang to use instead. Overall, the place was filthy and completely unmaintained. Had I not been in a situation where I had no other choice for a month-long stay, I wouldn't have lived there even if someone paid me. Charging well over a million won a month for a duplex studio in Ilsan is a highly profitable business. I don't know if you manage it yourself or hire a service, but please maintain the property to the standard of your own home if you're going to run this business.
