I booked this accommodation in a hurry with my child, and it was great because it was very close to Jamsil and Lotte Mall. I mostly ate at restaurants in the two buildings of the Rose Shopping Center, and the prices were good and the food was delicious, including Jeongsoon Hambak and the tteokbokki place. Most franchise restaurants were near the accommodation, and there were many places where I could have breakfast. It was also nice that there was a convenience store inside the apartment complex. The accommodation, especially the bed and bedding, was luxurious. I had a good stay.
It was really close to Jamsil Station, so it was easy to get around, and there were many convenience facilities nearby, which was nice. I stayed with my child, and the accommodation was clean and the bed was comfortable, so we were able to live comfortably for 5 weeks. The host was also in good contact and provided guidance on what was needed, so there was no inconvenience during our stay. I think it's a good place to stay with family because of its good location and well-managed accommodation. 😊
I stayed for 7 days while traveling in Seoul, and the location is really great. The subway station, Lotte Mall, Starbucks, and Homeplus are all within a 5-minute walk. The house is also very clean, and the bed is as soft as a hotel bed. The host is very kind, and the security guards are also friendly. There's a public parking lot right next door, so you don't have to worry about parking. (Electric cars get a discount.) I plan to stay here again when I come to Seoul.
