Heal your weary day in our cozy relaxation space :) Our guests are office workers commuting to and from Gangnam, Seocho, Guro Digital Complex, Yongsan, and Seoul Station. It is very quiet, and safety is its greatest advantage. π Food waste, general waste, and recycling are mandatory. π Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided; however, you must bring your own bedding, consumables, and toiletries. 1. The occupancy is limited to a maximum of 2 adults. Visitors, children, and babies are not allowed. 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes), pets, and smelly food are prohibited throughout the entire building, including the rooftop. (Additional Special Cleaning Fee) 3. Ensure that no complaints arise due to loud singing or noise between floors. 4. Agree not to register a change of address on the resident registration system using the business address. Violation of the above special clauses may result in immediate termination of the contract without refund, and the security deposit cannot be returned. If damages occur as a result, compensation for damages will be charged to the tenant.

The accommodation was conveniently located within walking distance of Sadang Station, making it easy to use public transport, visit local restaurants, and shop for daily necessities, while the neighborhood itself was a quiet and safe residential area. I felt reassured returning home late at night thanks to the nearby police substation, and I especially appreciated the secure entry system that restricted access to outsiders via passcode. The interior was clean and well-stocked with all the essentials, making it convenient to settle in right away. Whether it was because the guidelines were clearly communicated beforehand or simply because the other residents were so cooperative, I had a comfortable and trouble-free stay for the entire two weeks.
