The building is very quiet and offers excellent security. 👉 Proper disposal of food waste, general trash, and recyclables is mandatory. 👉 Basic tableware and cooking utensils are provided; however, you must bring your own bedding, consumables, and personal hygiene products. 1. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of two adults. Visitors, children, and infants are not permitted. 2. Smoking (including e-cigarettes), pets, and cooking strong-smelling foods are prohibited throughout the building, including the rooftop. (Additional fees for special cleaning will apply.) 3. Please refrain from loud behavior or noise that could disturb neighbors or lead to complaints. 4. Registering the address for business purposes or as an official residence (resident registration) is prohibited. Violation of the above terms may result in immediate contract termination without a refund, and the security deposit will not be returned. The tenant will be held liable for any damages resulting from such violations.
