This is a recently built building. The interior is clean and comfortable to use. There is a queen-size mattress on the upper floor and a queen-size sofa bed on the lower floor, so you can use them comfortably. :) A microwave, coffee pot, capsule coffee machine, and tableware are all provided. There is also a built-in refrigerator and a drum washing machine, so it's great for long stays. I decorated this home with affection, so I hope a neat person will come.
- Free use of the parking tower and 1st floor parking lot (vehicle type confirmation required) - Intercity & express bus terminal, Lotte Department Store within a 3-minute walk - Hyundai Department Store, CGV, Olive Young, Daiso within a 5-minute walk - Taehwagang Station is a 5-minute drive away - E-Mart convenience store across from the 1st floor of the building
- Check-in time is negotiable, check-out is by 2 PM. - The maximum occupancy is 2 people. (Please send a message if you exceed the number of people.) - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with check-in and usage instructions. - Smoking is prohibited indoors, and if smoking is detected after check-out, a fine will be imposed according to building regulations. - Pets are not allowed. - Additional charges may apply for damage or loss.
You can use the movie theater with a beam projector and Chromecast. Check-in will be done non-face-to-face. All photos of the accommodation will be taken before check-in, so we may charge you for any damage to items and facilities that occurs later. Please use it cleanly. We will provide additional instructions on how to use other rooms later.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.
