We will provide further details once the booking is confirmed. The host will greet you upon arrival and explain how to use the accommodation. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed. The property is located in a very quiet residential area, ensuring a relaxing stay. Please be mindful of noise levels after 9 PM. The base rate covers two guests; an additional fee of 30,000 KRW per night applies for each extra guest. The maximum occupancy is three guests. Failure to comply with house rules may result in forced eviction.
All utility charges are included in the maintenance fee.
It was spotless, the location was great, and the space was well-designed, so our family of four had a wonderful stay. We’d love to come back!

I use 33M2 every time I visit Korea. This place is the cleanest and tidiest of all the places I've used so far. I'm sensitive to hygiene and smells, but it was so well-managed that I had no discomfort during my stay. They quickly provided any necessary items (like toilet paper or detergent) upon request. There is noise between floors and between walls.
I like home interiors, decor, and plants.
