This is not a typical studio apartment. It's a house with a separate bedroom and living room, located right next to the subway station, but priced like a regular studio. I operate honestly, with experience as a manager at the Mxxx, Wxx, and Nxx hotels. Instead of using a problematic cleaning service, I personally clean, disinfect, and sterilize, putting effort into management. I do not accept check-ins on the day a guest checks out (for ventilation, cleanliness, disinfection, cleaning, etc.). As it's the top floor of a 6-story building, there is no noise from other floors. Most residents of the officetel are office workers, so it's quiet. **It is agreed not to register the business address or report a change of residence for resident registration purposes. In case of violation of the above special agreement, the contract may be terminated without refund of the usage fee, and the deposit will not be returned. Furthermore, if damages occur due to a violation of the special agreement, compensation for damages will be claimed from the tenant. Please be sure to separate and dispose of trash and recyclables. In case of contamination of fabrics (bedding, sofa, rug, etc.), a laundry fee or product cost may be charged. If the toilet or drain is clogged by foreign objects such as wet wipes or food waste, the tenant is fully responsible.

Despite arriving late at night due to a very hectic schedule, I was able to find my way easily thanks to the host's kind and incredibly detailed instructions. The location was incredibly convenient—less than a one-minute walk from Daerim Station—so I experienced absolutely no inconvenience. The condition of the accommodation was better and more comfortable than any other place I have stayed in so far. There was no noise from other floors or any other issues, and I had a wonderful one-week stay. Thank you once again.
