(If caught, you will be immediately evicted and your deposit will not be refunded.) The standard occupancy is 4 people. Registration of move-in, transfer of lease rights, subletting, and provision of collateral are not permitted. You will be charged for damages in the event of damage or contamination to facilities and fixtures. Personal toiletries, seasonings, and disposable items are not provided.
If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested. The long-term discount is only applied to the first 4-week payment and is not applied when extending for another 4 weeks.
