Costs range from 10,000 to 20,000 KRW per week depending on usage (costs approach zero with minimal use). 🧊 If the air conditioner is used 'excessively,' you will be charged for the actual electricity costs incurred. Moderate usage reduces the likelihood of additional charges.

The house is so nice. The room is spacious and clean, and everything is provided, so you only need to bring yourself. You only need to bring toiletries like shampoo and a toothbrush. All cooking utensils are provided, and there are both thin and thick blankets. There's a washing machine, drying rack, and towels. Most importantly, the host is so kind. They kindly guide you, even sending videos on how to dispose of trash and turn on the boiler (hot water)! There's a convenience store just a stone's throw away. A short walk will take you to Daiso and a supermarket. I highly, highly recommend it. I lived alone, but it would be great for two or more people. There's also a temporary bed in the living room. If you're a hospital intern, definitely come here instead of a motel.
