I needed a short-term rental because there was exactly one month between moving out of my old place and moving into my new one. The neighborhood was quiet, and the officetel complex was huge, so it was a great place to live with lots of young people. ^^ The underground parking lot is spacious and pleasant. It's a new building that's only a few years old, so the house is clean and has a table, bed, and chairs! Not having a place to stay can be a really unstable and difficult time, but I had a comfortable and good stay here!! Samsong Station is also close, so using the subway is great!!!! I totally recommend it.
