Use by two people or mixed-gender stays are strictly prohibited! A penalty of 200,000 KRW applies for violations! Please note that we can verify if the room was used by two people even after check-out!! - Indoor smoking and pets are not allowed. (A separate cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged if smoking occurs.) - A microwave and induction cooktop are available in the communal kitchen area. - An electric kettle, hair dryer, and trash bags are provided. - Please dispose of your trash and recyclables properly upon check-out.

The sofa bed is Super Single size. - A security office is staffed 24 hours a day for your safety. - After 10 PM, the elevator can only be used with a security card. * A 20,000 KRW fine applies if the security card is lost. ** Please be sure to return it upon check-out! ✔ Shared Facilities - Restrooms, showers, a cooking area, and a laundry room are shared and professionally maintained to ensure cleanliness. - Fees apply for using the induction cooktop and laundry facilities. - Convenient access to shared facilities minimizes the limitations of a private space, allowing for a pleasant stay without the burden of cleaning.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, if excessive use of electric heating or cooling causes the management fee to exceed 130,000 KRW during your stay, an additional charge may be requested. Restoration costs may be charged for any damage to property or flooring (e.g., due to excessive heating). A fee of 20,000 KRW will be charged for the loss of an access card.
It was a bit uncomfortable because it was smaller than expected, but the convenient transportation made it a good place for a short stay.
It’s disheartening that you used a single-occupancy room with two people without prior notice and then complained that it was cramped. Had you mentioned there would be two guests, I wouldn't have rented it out to you. I even went out of my way to ask the next guest for understanding so I could set aside the items you left behind. It’s truly upsetting to receive such a harsh review score.
