- The move-in process is contactless. - Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with instructions regarding move-in and facility use.
- This room is professionally cleaned and well-maintained. - Please use the space respectfully and keep it clean. - Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. - Please refrain from hosting parties or making excessive noise; noise complaints may result in penalties.
- All utility charges are included in the management fee. - Additional charges may apply if electricity and gas are used excessively.
The bathroom, kitchen, and room were all very clean, and the location was great, so I had a comfortable stay!
