This is a comfortable, fully-furnished studio apartment, just a 30-second walk from Cheonho Station. It's equipped with basic kitchen, washing, and laundry supplies, so you can stay comfortably without needing to prepare much. IPTV is subscribed, so you can watch TV right away. Wi-Fi, a washer-dryer combo, an electric pot, iron, fan, and various other convenient items are provided. Registration of move-in is not possible.

• In principle, check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM, but this can be arranged in advance. • This is a contactless check-in. • Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a notification text the day before your check-in. • Smoking is prohibited indoors, and pets are not allowed. • If smoking or pets are detected during the check-out inspection, a special cleaning fee of 200,000 KRW (professional cleaning service fee) will be charged. Additional costs will be incurred for any damage or contamination of items.
It is a 12-minute walk to Hangang Park. You can enjoy walking and exercising while looking at the Han River. There are various convenience facilities and restaurants nearby, such as Daiso, Hyundai Department Store, E-Mart, and Lotte Cinema.
All utility fees are included in the maintenance fee.

It was so convenient to get around because Cheonho Station was right in front, and there were many restaurants nearby, so it was very comfortable to stay for a month. The accommodation was well-equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen facilities, so I didn't need anything extra. I highly recommend it!!!
