It's not a spacious place, but it's strangely well-equipped and comfortable. It's surprising that there's nothing to be desired. The host personally decorated the space and lived there for a month, thinking about what might be lacking, what might be needed, and what might be inconvenient, then improved it to create this space.
It is located on Siridan-gil, the hottest and most cutting-edge street in Gwangju. Nearby bus stops include Lotte Mart, the Central Post Office, and the National Agricultural Products Quality Management Service. :)
Check-in is basically contactless. If you need it or if the host is nearby when you check in, it can be done in person, so please feel free to request it anytime!

I arranged this place for a client from the U.S., and they were generally very happy with it. They said it was clean and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The only slight inconvenience—unrelated to the unit itself—was the strong smell of cigarette smoke drifting in from elsewhere, but otherwise, everything was great.
I find joy in sensory experiences such as pleasant spaces, delicious food, and wonderful aromas.
