This is the 'Anguk Station Red Brick House' located 5 minutes from Anguk Station. We have done our best to make you feel comfortable and pleasant. There is a supermarket right in front of the accommodation, which is convenient, and with an open view, you can see the elegant Hanok view and Namsan Tower at a glance. 😁 Please use the 'Anguk Red Brick House', a pleasant and comfortable accommodation in the beautiful village of Anguk Bukchon.
It is about a 5-minute walk from Anguk Station. Near Anguk Station, various buses are in operation, including subway, village, city, and airport buses.
Check-in is contactless. We will send you a text message with instructions upon completion of the contract. The accommodation can accommodate up to 2 people. Check-in time is 3 PM and check-out time is 11 AM.✔️ Smoking is prohibited indoors, and please refrain from littering cigarette butts near the alley (additional cleaning fees will be charged for indoor smoking).✔️ Loud noises that may disturb others may be subject to restrictions.✔️ Please note that hot water is heated by electricity, so the hot water shower time is approximately 10 minutes.✔️
✔️ The bed is queen-sized. ✔️ The TV is a 43-inch Standby Me, which is easy to adjust the screen left and right. ✔️ There is a supermarket in front of the house, which is very convenient, and GS25 is also located 2 minutes away. ✔️ London Bagel Anguk Branch is located 5 minutes away. You can rest at home and pick up bagels without having to wait in front of the store. ✔️ Jeongdok Library, which is pleasant and has a beautiful garden, is nearby. It is also a good course to take a walk.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, additional management fees may be requested.
Clean, spacious studio apartment in a great location; it’s convenient to walk to nearby areas like Anguk. Note that there is no elevator in the building (which might be difficult for those with large, heavy luggage).
The location is excellent, yet it is very quiet. It’s a cozy home!
