All utility bills are included in the maintenance fee.
Pros The apartment was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable month-long stay. The building is well-maintained with excellent security, so I felt completely at ease. It was convenient having a department store, supermarket, and convenience stores nearby, and the host was kind and quick to respond to any questions. Cons I’m sharing this feedback because the host might not be aware of these issues, as they don't live there personally. While these are minor points, having cleaning supplies or detergent available would have been more convenient. The shower curtain and towels were old and had a stale odor, which was a bit unpleasant. Replacing them would likely ensure a better experience for the next guest.
The location is great, the facilities are clean, and above all, the owner is very kind.
The transportation was good, and the house was spacious, which was nice. There were also bedding and towels, but consumables (toilet paper and all detergents) were not provided, so there was an additional cost, which made it not cost-effective.
